Outer Limits

This is (almost) as far as I got with any of my three-wheelers -- the kokerboom forest near the ghost town Brandkop. Looking back, this four-stroke Bajaj was too unreliable to risk travelling there. OBSERVATION: It suffered a breakdown on average every 3100km / 1900mi. The two-stroke Bajaj, which I owned before this, suffered a breakdown on average every 400km / 250mi. My present three-wheeler, a Mahindra, has not suffered one breakdown in seven years, apart from a battery which needed replacing. But it is not finally stopped by a flat battery. One starts it with a rope then.
