I had a classic situation this morning. I was to see a young wife and mother for counselling -- we arranged to meet in a city park at 10:00 am at a rotunda. Neither of us had met each other before. What could go wrong? Absurdly, about one-hundred people had arranged to meet at the park's rotunda at the same time. As the appointed time approached, any number of people walked into the park looking purposeful, and an ever increasing crowd milled around me. Happily, I did meet the young woman -- though not before I'd looked hopefully into the eyes of various young women.
