Funeral Dance

Here's a photo I took just over a year ago, which I put up this morning for the first time. I have many photos of nieces on this blog. This, very sadly, was a lovely young niece who died. There was a massive turnout for her funeral, as one sees. This is a dance of joy around her coffin. But joy turned to dismay when the coffin, after this, was opened up. OBSERVATION: She was struck by cancer, in a village in the Eastern Cape. She may have died anyway, but I think the local hospital was just not up to it. She suffered greatly, but remained positive in her faith.
