The Joad Society

I was pleased to see that, five days after publication, my article Rehabilitating Joad was re-published by the Joad Society in the UK. OBSERVATION: The eagle-eyed Society pointed out an error, too: I had cited a non-existent book, The Plight of Civilisation. But all was not lost. My quote was accurate, but I had cited a heading, not the book title (Philosophy For Our Times). While I do not share Joad's views, I pointed out that his moral epistemology was important, and had been overlooked.
