My metaphysic (total philosophy) recently went through a content edit and a general edit. The general edit should have stripped out unnecessary complexities, and did in fact strip out a few hundred of them -- most of them small. But looking at it again, there are many complexities which remain, which are there -- I conclude -- simply to avoid my own vulnerability. Not so much a matter of complexity, then, as insecurity. I am stripping out hundreds more, to state the case with less explanation and qualification. OBSERVATION: This is prior to putting out copies again for comment.
