What to do when there is something in ministry which does not "sit well" with one? This may include things both great and small. What I sometimes do, then, is to "map it all out" on a sheet of paper -- write down the problems, and the various considerations, and the various ways that I could approach them. Then I think and pray on what I have in front of me. If necessary, I'll obtain input from others, too. Often -- usually -- like this, the answers become clear. OBSERVATION: Also, one doesn't need to fret then -- it isn't all turning around in one's head, but one may just take another look at that sheet of paper.
