Beer As Art

It's another craft beer. Cape Town is famed for its craft beers, of which there are a great many. I myself know a man who brews beer in quantity -- however, one won't find it on the market, and it doesn't bear a label. When a craft beer has a label, he says, one expects consistency. He brews it as an art, so that no batch of beer is the same as the last. OBSERVATION: This was my reward for taking wife E to watch rugby on the big screen, in a restaurant.
