Rhebok Meat

Since marrying E, I have had new things on my plate all the time. They might look too cute to eat, but this New Year, it was rhebok or ribbok on my plate (pictured). It is tasty meat -- something like roast beef -- but as tough as boots. I saw a recipe recently which said cook rhebok meat till it falls off the bone, shred it, then make a stew with it.
