Something which seems to be increasingly common on social media and news outlets is a sanitised view of the world. There is great sensitivity to the niceties of correctness -- however, my experience in ministry tells me that the world is just as brutal and evil as it ever was. What we see on our various screens is fairly much fantasy. OBSERVATION: It would be interesting to know how the sanitised picture of things influences us, and what it will do to our future.
