Sifting Communications

This shows an MDN. MDNs are increasingly being shot down in South Africa -- but even if they are, that is revealing in itself. The above MDN, which I received recently, was crucial. A government agency had contacted me about a case. I wrote back, but this MDN revealed that I had been blacklisted. Nobody would have known that I replied. I showed the MDN to the agency. They wrote back yesterday that the blacklisting was theirs, and this was "not normal practice". They were investigating. OBSERVATION: I have had such experience before, and here is what I think may be happening. There are people in places who are protecting people, by sifting communications. This makes it all the more important that one should receive a receipt for communications.
