Counselling: When I Say No

At my busiest, I have not been able to counsel all who requested it. At the same time, with all the time in the world, there are some I wouldn't (continue to) counsel: 1. Those who are receiving similar counselling elsewhere. 2. Those who become physically disruptive or abusive. 3. Those who have an ulterior motive, such as obtaining money or eliciting pity. 4. Those who persist in ignoring the counsellor's advice where this is reasonable and sound. 5. Those who will not submit to biblical principles where nothing prevents them, say Church attendance. OBSERVATION: I'd be interested whether counsellors reading this would add to, or substract from, the above.
