Church Social Game

This is the result of an academic assignment I needed to do in 2006, for my seminary in LA. It is a so-called Social Game analysis of the Church, based on detailed responses by congregants. In almost all areas, congregants judged that we were in the ideal position -- at the middle of the graph. It means that we balanced various influences when dealing with issues. Yet two areas stand out. We were more hierarchist in dealing with conflict (green), and more egalitarian in dealing with property (red -- click on the diagram to enlarge). OBSERVATION: To put it simply, we were less democratic when we dealt with conflict, and most democratic when we dealt with property. I reviewed the assignment four years later. Everything had shifted towards egalitarian.
