Sixth Subpoena

Let me count the ways ... that I have been uselessly subpoenaed. I have been uselessly subpoenaed five times in a row ... and then there was today. I spent eight hours today fulfilling the requirements of the subpoena on the right. But today, the accused skipped trial. There is now a warrant out for his arrest. If arrested, he will remain in jail until such time as ... I am subpoenaed again. OBSERVATION: What concerns me is that there is an accomplice out there, and all trace of him was missing from the docket, the last time I checked. This was the fourth time that vital information was missing, among two dockets. The evidence has since (I hope) been restored.
