Township Crickets

I recorded these 20 seconds of sound outside my parents-in-law's home in the Eastern Cape. This is what the township sounds like at night (click ⊳ to Play). The bright light in the distance is mast lighting. OBSERVATION: Dogs roam freely -- which one hears in the recording. I hear frogs, too, which thrive on water leaks. The houses in the foreground are government-built "RDP" houses.
