I noted in a Church newsletter once: "It has been said that a cardinal rule of Church growth is: Bless your leadership. Imagine if each one of them feels just a little more inspired – say, to approach just one more person in Church each Sunday -- telephoning one more person each week. That means 1,248 more people approached each year!" OBSERVATION: It's a Biblical principle anyway, An example verse: "Obey your leaders and submit to them, for they are keeping watch over your souls, as those who will have to give an account. Let them do this with joy and not with groaning, for that would be of no advantage to you." Hebrews 13:17.
