I have literally had nightmares about the post I put up on Saturday -- because the experience behind it was awful (the police criminally charged me, then denied that it ever happened). I blogged there that I now had full evidence to prove this, and had reported the matter to the Independent Police Investigative Directorate (IPID). I sent them, too, an unobtrusive check, an MDN, which talked to their computers. The MDN was not reassuring. It reported a 5.7.133. According to Microsoft, this reveals that IPID either a) blocks all senders, or b) blocks specific senders, one of them me. OBSERVATION: It is a public line. This is reminiscent of similar MDNs (search for "MDN" on this blog). I rerouted my complaint.
