Contractual Criteria

There are two major tasks which have faced me since signing a publishing contract in September: editorial criteria and marketing criteria. Yesterday I finished all editorial criteria for the publisher -- which is a major step. Editorial criteria include the manuscript, front matter, back matter, bibliography, artwork, instructions for editors, and more. OBSERVATION: That is a huge task now (almost) behind me. Now I need to focus on marketing criteria -- also a huge amount of work. I already have some components of that in place.
