I submitted a (so to speak) paper today to the Journal of Brief Ideas. If it is published, it will be the third that I publish with them. They publish one very short paper about once a month, and one needs to turn out something good. OBSERVATION: They previously rejected one of my submissions, which made me sit up and pay attention! I could see why. This latest paper has one citation for every 2.4 sentences, and is tightly argued -- and contains a major new idea, or so it seems. As they say, "Watch this space."
POSTSCRIPT: This paper, in the area of optics, has been published.
