The first computer game was OXO in 1952. It ran on the EDSAC. I once created an OXO game myself, from scratch. Today I (re) discovered printouts of my program, written in QBASIC by the looks of it. My program was exactly 1,500 lines long, although it started out much longer than that.
POSTSCRIPT: It depends, too, what can be put in a line of code in any particular programming language. I have seen OXO done with 36 to 3,642 lines.
