Fear of Man

I borrowed a book recently: "When People Are Big and God is Small: Overcoming Peer Pressure, Codependency, and the Fear of Man". Yet as I read it, it became more and more apparent that it was written by an American for Americans. The "fear of man" is something else in Africa. American fears -- respectively the book's fears -- were understandable, but far from the worst I think, of what one encounters here. OBSERVATION: I think this influences the solutions, too. Even so, there is much of use in the book.
