Non-Negotiable Amounts

There are certain amounts in Churches which are non-negotiable. This is not always understood by more pragmatic members -- but the sooner a Church know this, the better. One non-negotiable -- perhaps the one with which we are most familiar -- is missions spending. Even if a Church's finances are highly precarious, one cannot forego significant spending on missions. OBSERVATION: Apart from being a biblical mandate, a commitment to missions combats materialism, lifts the vision of the Church, and increases member commitment.
