What does a minister really do? In an average Church -- say, with a Sunday congregation of about 100 -- the minister will be deeply involved in (not necessarily in charge of):

• Sunday services
• weddings and funerals
• music ministry

• damage control
• staff matters
• membership classes
• Church newsletters
• Church reports
• correspondence
• inter-Church relations
• community issues
• Bible studies
• mentoring, and
• groups oversight 

In fact, considerably more. OBSERVATION: Under the best of circumstances, it may seem too much -- yet with faith in God it can be done, and one has the privilege of seeing God wonderfully at work.
