During much of my ministry, we held Domestic Workers’ services. Our domestics were invited to take control of these services -- with the exception of the sermon. This changed in 2008, when domestic workers themselves began to preach the sermon. One might wonder what domestics can deliver, yet people always said that these services had been a special blessing and refreshment to them. OBSERVATION: One often finds ministry to domestic workers, yet seldom ministry by domestic workers. Those services that I was involved in brought valuable spiritual perspective.
