I took the photo this morning of a team from the Logos II missionary ship (son M. in the middle), who gave a lively, interesting, and faith-filled presentation in Church. The ship is at present berthed in Cape Town harbour. I studied once with someone who sailed on the ill-fated Logos I. It ran aground on rocks in the Beagle channel, a "treacherous strait", in 1988. OBSERVATION: I spent much of my youth on the mission ship the John Williams VII, in the Central Pacific. This ship was decommissioned in 1968, the same year that we left the mission.
