I have long held the view that a Church should be a complete society, which includes in one Church all ages, all social strata, all races, all languages, and so on. This is how it was in the New Testament. There are two reasons for this: ministry by members becomes more meaningful, and opportunities for service become more plentiful. It is about spiritual completeness, in the Congregational tradition. Or to reverse this, without a complete society in one Church, one is spiritually reduced. OBSERVATION: Some (well known) Churches deliberately reject this idea. And some members, under my own ministr(ies), have caught the vision and said, you haven't gone far enough, fast enough.
