Rev. Ron de Klerk

Here's an interesting thing about my Church in the Karoo. The man who was the power behind putting it up -- the minister at the time -- was Rev. Ron de Klerk, the cousin of Nobel prizewinner F.W. de Klerk. The building of the Church was the crowning achievement of his ministry. OBSERVATION: He died while driving in the Karoo. He hit a barrier at the side of the road, apparently after suffering a heart attack. A passenger, a Church member, was unhurt.
