Key Musicians

The image shows a Church musician I snapped on Sunday. Does one pay Church musicians? After all, they do it out of love for God -- or not? The practice of my own Churches has (usually) been this: one key musician gets paid. But Churches have various arrangements in this regard. They may not pay the key musician, or they may pay some musicians or all musicians.
