Revolutionising Rock

I had an academic paper accepted yesterday. Since their invention in 1931, electric pickups have picked up vibrating strings in one dimension only. But actually they vibrate in two. As a string vibrates, it rotates, although that is not what the textbooks show. The image is from an obscure paper from Japan (Hideyuki Nomura), showing the rotation of a piano string. So my paper proposes an electric pickup for two dimensions. This should revolutionise rock music among other things. It is a quantum leap. OBSERVATION: This is my second paper in organology (the science of musical instruments). I have had papers published in philosophy, theology, electronics, gnomonics, and organology.
