Settlement: Champagne Reward

This past Sunday, in my old city Church, I was again told: "You signed all the agreements" -- which is parting agreements with the Church -- as if I should be doing something they say. In fact I haven't seen a final agreement. The Church abandoned a "Final Settlement Agreement", and it did so in writing, through city attorneys. Which leads me to this: I am offering a R1 000 reward and a bottle of champagne for the first person to show me the elusive Final Settlement Agreement, signed by all parties. OBSERVATION: I have asked for this so many times. If people claim it exists, where is it? Why have I not seen it? I should be the first to see it. The need for an agreement is so basic -- and this one is not about trivialities.

POSTSCRIPT: I myself have a memorandum: "Resign on condition all finalised," and somewhere there is my resignation without a date at the top, awaiting finalisation.
DETAIL: This is a well read post. Here, therefore, is some detail: I received the following letter from the members, and take it that they saw it, and are familiar with it: "My client [which is the members] is proceeding ... without the signing of any further agreements." This refers to their dropping of their own proposed "Final Settlement Agreement". If anyone believes these quotes to be out of context, you have my permission to see all the documentation.
