I have twice visited the Servants mission in Cambodia, and both times saw Chung Ek, or the Killing Fields (pictured). At the time that this photo was taken, Cambodia was still at war with the Khmer Rouge, and open graves at Chung Ek were littered with human remains and scraps of clothing. The effects of war came as a shock to me. Things were very bad indeed. I think it changed my outlook on the world.
