One often finds an RFID tag on a store item -- such as chocolates, or books -- to prevent theft. Last week, at the chemist's, I spotted herbal calmatives with
four RFID tags on them,
each.
OBSERVATION: One isn't going to go to such lengths unless such calmatives are at high risk of theft. It would seem to offer a commentary on our society today: people are desperate for calm. If one knows how to grow herbal calmatives, one might make a million!
POSTSCRIPT: Elsewhere on this blog, I have mentioned kooigoed, which is a very common plant here. It is said to induce "an overwhelming sense of relaxation and stupor".
