My Mahindra three-wheeler had been standing for several months, in the open. Today I decided to start it and give it some rust treatment. If I hadn't forgotten to disengage the engine when starting, it would have started first time. It worked as if it were brand new. The engine is simplicity itself, and elegantly and practically laid out -- rivalled (maybe!) only by a Ferrari.
OBSERVATION: I said to a mechanic: "They even thought of an engine lamp." He said: "That may not be good news!" However, the engine has given no trouble whatsoever, in five years.
