The Orlando massacre brought to mind afresh the Sizzlers Massacre of 2003, which happened on our own Church block. Nine men were murdered in a gay massage parlour, a stone's throw away from the Church. The judge called it the "worst massacre that Cape Town and the country have ever seen" (but there were worse). One of those who died was a friend of mine since we were boys. A sole survivor, who took two bullets to the head, identified the killers. He later gave his life to Christ. OBSERVATION: Speaking from my personal experience in ministry, certain lifestyles -- whether they should be or not -- are dangerous, in a variety of ways.
