Vanished Witness

I just stumbled upon this old blog post from 2011. I had had firm words with someone on the Church premises -- with a deacon at my side. But within days, I was falsely accused over what I had said -- then both I and the Church received threats of litigation over it -- every few days, a letter. I was worried; the Church was worried. I needed my witness! But for three weeks, my witness was untraceable.  Then he turned up at a meeting. Well of course, he said, that's just how it happened. The minister was telling the truth. That finally set my heart at rest. OBSERVATION: It is "par for the course" in ministry.
